The Benefits of Therapy
Individual therapy is a space that is just for you. It allows you to slow down and connect with your concerns with someone who has compassion and can help you create the same. It is a space to learn new ways of being with yourself and ways to be with others. It is a space to validate you and your unique struggles as a human.
What to expect from your session
We will meet for an assessment to establish your presenting concerns and how I can help. It is beneficial to meet weekly but frequency can vary depending on your needs. Therapy can be short term or long term depending on your specific goals and the level of support that is needed.
